Fresh & Frozen Delivery
Fresh / frozen products are packed in poly/cool box with ice pack system. Refreezing or immediate consumption is needed upon parcel arrival.
You must ensure to be at the address upon delivery. Any damage due to a failed delivery attempt is non-refundable.
Fresh & Frozen products can only be delivery within Birmingham area.
Refund and Returns Policy
- No return is accepted after the parcel being delivered considering food safety that we guarantee to our customers.
- If the product is not right with your online order, either incorrect or missing, please contact us within 2 working days after the parcel being delivered.
- If any item is broken or damaged in your parcel, please contact with us within 2 working days after the parcel being delivered. A photo of the broken/damaged item is required.
